19-year-old Jakob captures all minor and major events on his video camera: sex on the river bank, drinking with his friend, burgling a residential house with a buddy and smashing the furniture. It is less the anger with the social circumstances, that drives Tom, but rather the frustration with his life lacking any perspective.

In this experimental blend of video diary and feature film elements, atmospheric snapshots take the place of linear narration.
