The film shows 62 buildings – from small petrol stations to representative museums – designed by the American architect Bruce Goff (1904-1982). As such, it is the first comprehensive filmic catalogue of nearly all his surviving creations. Many of his buildings stood like shock in the landscape, paving the way for new, yet unimaginable avenues in architecture.
"Shot on 35 mm, these 62 short sequences tell a story with far greater intensity than the strongest Hollywood film. The story of a journey through a few states of the US, the story of a man who designed life along with nature, the story of humanity between creation and destruction." (Süddeutsche Zeitung)
