A series of debut films of renowned German directors (Roehler, Dresen, Levy, Klick ...) each including an exclusive interview with a critical eye on the starts and the current state of the carreer.
With the production of ' Die 120 Tage von Bottrop' and his 'Neue Volksfilm' Christoph Schlingensief moved into Frank Castorf's Volksbühne at Rosa-Luxemburg-Square in Berlin 1996 and triggered a video- and film boom.
In the course of the years between Filmgalerie 451 and some direcors an especially close colaboration came around.
With the DVD release of DAS FRÄULEIN and LENZ we start off a colaboration with Zurich-based OKOFILM Productions founded by the film-makers Andrea Štaka und Thomas Imbach.
